马鞍山市2007-2010年职业健康监护网络直报情况调查分析

Analysis of Direct Network Report of Occupational Health Surveillance in Ma'anshan from 2007 to 2010

目的了解马鞍山市职业健康监护现状,分析存在问题并提出相应建议,为地方政府相关决策提供参考。方法采取整群抽样法,抽取2007-2010年本市进行职业健康监护网络直报的用人单位对其进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 2010年与2007年比本市进行职业性健康体检的用人单位数量增加了113.89%,但体检人数增加17.43%,增幅不大;接触粉尘、物理因素职业病危害因素应检人数有所减少,而接触化学毒物、高毒类型职业病危害因素应检人数增幅不大,同时职业禁忌证或职业病的检出率也有所减少。结论应加强《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》宣传力度,争取政府部门重视,加大职业卫生监督执法力度,强化企业主的法制教育,推进职业健康监护工作,从而保障广大劳动者职业健康权益。

Objective To investigate the status of occupational health surveillance in Ma＇anshan,and analyze the existing problems and delivery the corresponding corrective proposals for the reference of the local government for making the strategic policies.Methods The survey was conducted among the enterprises to be examined in the medical and health institutions with occupational health examination qualification,in which were selected by cluster sampling method from 2007 to 2010.The results were statistically analyzed.Results Quantity of enterprises who had occupational health examinations increased by 113.89%,but examined persons increased by 17.43%;the quantity of examined people exposed to dust and physical harmful factors declined a little,that of people exposed to chemical toxicants and serious poisonous harmful factors has a little increased,at the same time,the positive rate of occupational disease and occupational contraindication decreased.Conclusion The public health authorities should boost the public awareness and education in occupational disease prevention,publicize the knowledge for occupational disease prevention,strengthen the supervision and inspection of the public health authority to protect the health and the rights of laborers.
