飞龙掌血挥发性化学成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究民族药飞龙掌血中挥发性化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取飞龙掌血中挥发油成分,通过正交设计法优选了提取飞龙掌血挥发油的工艺条件;采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对飞龙掌血挥发油中的化学成分进行了分离鉴定。结果:最佳提取条件为药材粉碎40目,用10倍量水浸泡过夜,连续提取12h,在最佳工艺条件下,飞龙掌血挥发油得率为0.12%,经GC-MS分析,从飞龙掌血挥发油中共鉴定出26个化学成分,鉴定率为97.4%,其主要化学成分为α-杜松醇、斯巴醇、α-紫穗槐烯等。结论:飞龙掌血根和叶挥发油成分差异较大。 Objective:To study the chemical compositions of essential oil from Toddalia asiatica Lam..Methods:The essential oil from Toddalia asiatica Lam.was prepared by the method of Steam Distillation and its chemical compositions were analyzed by GC/MS.Results:The optimal conditions were determined by orthogonal test as follows:40 mesh of samples,12h of extraction time,and 10 times of extraction solvent.Under the optimal conditions,the oil yield was 0.12%.26 compounds were identified,in which the main ingredients were α-Cadinol,spathulenol and α-Amorphene,etc.Conclusion:The chemical compositions of the bark are different from the leaves in the essential oil of Toddalia asiatica Lam.
