木香顺气丸质量标准研究

Study on the Quaity of Muxiang Shunqi Pills

目的:对木香顺气丸的质量标准进行了研究。方法:对木香、苍术、香附、槟榔4种中药用薄层色谱法进行鉴别,对丸剂木香烃内酯使用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果:方法简便、准确、重现性好。结论:所用方法能有效控制木香顺气丸的药品质量,为木香顺气丸质量标准研究提供依据。

Objective ： To establish the qualitative control methods for Muxiang Shunqi pills. Methods ： Radix aucklandiae, Rhizoma atractylodis, Rhizoma cyperi, Semen arecae were identified by TLC, and Costunolide was determined by HPLC. Results ： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. Concluslon ： The method is effective in controlling the quality of Muxiang Shunqi pill and .providing the basis for the research of Muxiang Shunqi pill.
