补气活血方及其拆方对大鼠椎间盘髓核细胞Sox9、TGF-β1的作用

摘要 目的:研究补气活血方及其拆方药理血清对大鼠诱导凋亡椎间盘髓核细胞Sox9、TGF-β1表达的影响。方法:用细胞免疫化学和积分光密度分析等方法比较分析补气活血方及其拆方补气方、活血方药理血清对诱导凋亡大鼠椎间盘髓核细胞Sox9、TGF-β1表达的影响。结果:补气活血方、补气方、活血方组相比,Sox9表达升高,TGF-β1表达降低,均有统计学意义(P<0.01);补气活血方组与补气方、活血方组比较,TGF-β1表达明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补气活血方及其拆方可以调控大鼠椎间盘髓核细胞内TGF-β1、Sox9表达,其延缓椎间盘退变的机制可能与调控细胞的凋亡相关因子有关。 Objective:To study Buqi Huoxue Prescription and its Ingredients pharmacological serum-induced apoptosis Sox9 and TGF-β1 expressions in rat intervertebral disc cells.Methods:Immunocytochemistry and integrated optical density analysis methods such as comparative analysis of Buqi Prescription and its disassembled prescriptions side,blood serum of pharmacological side-induced apoptosis in rat intervertebral disc cells Sox9 and TGF-β1 expression.Results:Sox9 expression was increased,TGF-β1 expression decreased,with statistically significant difference(P〈0.01);Buqi Huoxue Prescription compared with Buqi Prescription or Huoxue Prescription TGF-β1 expression was significantly lower(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Buqi Huoxue Prescription and its decomposed party can control rat vertebral intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus cells of TGF-β1,Sox9 expression,the delay may be the mechanism of disc degeneration and control apoptosis-related factors.
