滋阴潜阳方对肾性高血压模型大鼠细胞因子的影响

Effect of Ziyin Qianyang Recipe on Level of Cytokine of Rats with Hypertension

目的:探讨滋阴潜阳方对高血压的降压作用及调节机制。方法:采用两肾一夹法复制大鼠肾性高血压模型,放免法检测各组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8水平的变化。结果:模型组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8含量明显增加,滋阴潜阳方对此有抑制作用。结论:滋阴潜阳方对血清IL-6、IL-8水平的抑制作用可能是其发挥神经免疫调节作用的机制之一。

Objective：To inquire into the function of Ziyin Qianyang Recipe（ZYQYR）on lowering the blood pressure.Methods：The rat hypertension model was established by two-kidney-one-clip method.The content of IL-6,IL-8 in serum was measured by the method of radio-immunoassay.Results：The levels of IL-6,IL-8 in serum increased significantly in model groups compared with those of normal group and sham-operated group.ZYQYR had an inhibitive effect on the increase of IL-6 and IL-8.Conclusion：It might be one of neuroregulation and immunoregulation mechanisms that ZYQYR inhibits the levels of IL-6 and IL-8.
