中西医联合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病研究进展

Research Progress of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine in Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori-related Gastritis

近年来中西药联合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病取得了较大进展,临床主要采用中药辨证施治联合西药治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡、慢性萎缩胃炎、慢性糜烂性胃炎的效果确切,与单纯西药或中药相比具有症状消除快,总有效率高,不良反应及复发率低的优势,但治疗方法较多,仍存在不少问题,今后应加强研究总结,逐步形成较为标准统一的治疗方案,进一步提高临床疗效。

In recent years, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori related gastric obtained greater progress. The clinical treatments use traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine in treating Hp related peptic ulcer, chronic atrophic gastritis, chronic erosive gastritis effectly. It has high efficiency, few adverse reaction and low recurrence rate advantage compared with the pure western medicine or TCM. There are also a lot of problems, which should be summarized in the future research, and gradually form a more standard uniform treatment protocols, further enhance the clinical curative effect.
