摘要
The 2011 Asian-African Women＇s Conference, entitled ＂Empowering Asian and African Women through Education,＂ was held in Seoul, capital of the Republic of Korea （ROK）, on October 7. Chen Zhili, Vice-Chairperson of the Standing Committee of China＇s National People＇s Congress and President of the All- China Women＇s Federation, attended and delivered the speech entitled ＂Lightening up Women＇s Life through Education.＂
