锁骨钩板与缝合锚联合治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位

Surgical treatment of type Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation using clavicular hook plate and suture anchor

目的:探讨锁骨钩板与缝合锚联合治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的手术方法和临床疗效。方法:2005年4月～2010年4月本科应用锁骨钩板与缝合锚联合治疗Ⅲ度新鲜肩锁关节脱位23例。结果:术后获得1～4年随访,平均2.6年,无锁骨钩板豁裂、松动、脱落及缝合锚拔出情况。锁骨钩板取出后无再度肩锁关节脱位。结论:应用锁骨钩板与缝合锚联合治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位可有效恢复肩关节稳定性,是治疗Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的有效方法。

Objective： To investigate the operation method and clinical efficacy of clavicular hook plate and suture anchor for curing the acromioclavicular joint dislocation of tossy type Ⅲ. Methods： From April 2005 to April 2010 , 23 patients were treated by clavicular hook plate and suture anchor with the tossy type Ⅲ of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation. Results： Postoperative get 1 to 4 years of follow-up, an average of 2.6 years. The clavicular hook plate had no rupture, dislocation, disarticulation and the suture anchor had no evulsion. The shoulder joint had no dislocation after taking the steel plate out. Conclusion： Surgical treatment of type Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation using clavicular hook plate and suture anchor can recover the stability of shoulder joint and can be an effective procedure for treatment of tossy type Ⅲ of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
