磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性胃肠炎的疗效观察

The rapeutic analysis of aluminium phosphate gel on acute gastro-enteritis

目的:探讨磷酸铝凝胶对急性胃肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2000年6月～2010年5月本院收治的急性胃肠炎患者126例,随机将患者分为治疗组(64例)和对照组(62例)。对照组患者采用常规氟喹诺酮抗感染、补液、补充电解质的治疗方案,治疗组在此基础上加用磷酸铝凝胶,治疗3d后比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组患者在治疗急性胃肠炎的治愈率有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时治疗组的患者发生不良反应的概率有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸铝凝胶治疗急性胃肠炎,疗效肯定、效果显著,是急性胃肠炎的首选治疗药品。

Objective： To explore the aluminium phosphate gel＇s clinical effects on the patients suffering from acute gastro-enteritis. Methods： 126 patients with acute gastro-enteritis were received and treated in my department from June 2000 to May 2010 and were randomly divided into the treatment group （64 cases） and the control group （62 cases）. The control group was given the treatment of conventional anti-inflammatory fluoroquinolone, fluid infusion and added electrolyte; the treatment group was given additional aluminium phosphate gel based on these drugs, and then the curative effects and side effects between the two groups were compared after 3 days＇ treatment. Results： Compared with the control group, the acute gastro-enteritis cure rate in the treatment group was improved obviously, so there were significant differences between the two groups （P0.05）; at the same time, the adverse effects rate in the treatment group was decreased, and there were significant differences between the two groups as well （P0.05）. Conclusion： Aluminium phosphate gel has a positive effect and a highly visible result. Thus, the aluminium phosphate gel is the first selected drug to treat the acute gastro-enteritis.
