布托啡诺用于经尿道前列腺电切术硬膜外麻醉后寒战的预防 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察布托啡诺和芬太尼对经尿道前列腺电切术硬膜外阻滞后寒战反应的预防效果。方法:选择经尿道前列腺电切术患者120例,年龄60-85岁,ASA(美国麻醉医师协会分级法)Ⅰ~Ⅲ级,随机将患者分为Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(各60例)。腰椎穿刺前,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组患者分别给予布托啡诺1mg和芬太尼50μg,上述药物均用0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释至5ml,静脉缓慢注射。结果:布托啡诺组寒战发生率为5%(3/60),芬太尼组寒战发生率为15%(9/60),两组差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:布托啡诺用于经尿道前列腺电切术硬膜外阻滞后寒战的预防效果优于传统的抗寒战药芬太尼。
