阵发性心房颤动患者动态心电图与心脏彩超的临床分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:对阵发性心房颤动患者动态心电图(Holter)与心脏彩超(PAF)的检查结果进行临床分析。方法:随机抽取本院就诊的阵发性心房颤动患者及非阵发性心房颤动患者各50例,分别定义其为A组和B组,分别对两组患者进行心电图和心脏彩超检查,对两组患者的各项检查指标比较分析。结果:A组患者的24h内的房早次数明显比B组多,其房早联律间期也明显较B组短;两组患者的左心房内经大小检测结果显示,没有明显差别。所有观察数据的差异均有统计学意义,即P<0.05。结论:阵发性房颤的发生和维持与房早的提早量,房早的发生频率,左心房的大小,及自主神经的调控能力等有密切关系。 Objective: To paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients with dynamic electrocardiogram (Holter) and cardiac ultrasound (PAF) examinations were retrospectively analyzed. Methods: Randomly selected from our hospital in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients and in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation patients each of 50 cases respectively defined as A group and B group, respectively for the two groups of patients were the electrocardiogram and cardiac ultrasound examination, two groups of patients with various checking index comparative analyzed. Results: In the A group of patients within 24 hours of the real early times obviously than the B group, the real early interval was shorter than that of group B; the two groups of patients with left atrial size in the test results showed that no obvious difference. All of the observed data of the mathematical statistics showed significant difference, P0.05. Conclusion: The occurrence and maintenance of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and atrial premature early, atrial premature occurrence frequency.
