密闭式吸痰管在ICU机械通气患者中的应用

The application of closed tracheal suction catheter in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation

目的:通过研究密闭式吸痰管在ICU机械通气患者的临床应用效果,提高ICU护士的吸痰水平。方法:将本科2009年11月～2010年11月机械通气治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,按随机原则分成密闭式气管内吸痰组(观察组)和开放式气管内吸痰组(对照组),比较两组患者吸痰前1min、吸痰中、吸痰后0.5min和吸痰后5min的脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)。结果:吸痰护理中以及开始后0.5min,观察组与对照组相比患者SpO2差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于气管内吸痰,密闭式吸痰管的使用较开放式吸痰管对机械通气患者更加有益,可以有效避免其低氧血症的发生,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To increase the level of ICU nurses suction by studying the clinical effect of the closed tracheal suction catheter in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU. Methods： 60 patients with mechanical ventilation in our department from November 2009 to November 2010 were selected, and were randomly divided into closed endotracheal suction group （observation group） and open endotracheal suction group （control group）, two groups were compared before suctioning 1 min, suction, the suction after 0.5 min and suction after 5 min of the pulse oxygen saturation （SpO2）. Results： Suction after the start of care and 0.5 min, there was significant difference of SpO2 between the observation group and the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： For endotracheal suction, closed tracheal suction catheter has more beneficial in patients with mechanical ventilation, can effectively avoid the occurrence of hypoxemia, it is worthy of clinical using.
