食道癌同步放化疗患者的观察与护理

Observation and nursing of esophageal cancer patients with chemoradiation

目的探讨食道癌患者同步放化疗期间的临床护理。方法对48例食道癌患者在同步放化疗期间可能出现的和已经出现的毒副反应,进行全方位的护理。结果通过临床观察,48例患者均出现不同程度的毒副反应,以放射性食管炎、胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、脱发发生率高。结论经过心理、饮食、预防感染、水化、皮肤防护等方面护理,48例患者因放化疗引起的毒副反应得到有效控制,均未影响治疗的进行。

Objective To explore clinical nursing for esophageal cancer patients who receive chemoradiation.Methods Comprehensive nursing was given to 48 cases with esophageal cancer during the chemoradiation when adverse reactions would come or have already appeared.Results Through clinical observation,48 cases had adverse reactions to varying degrees.Radioactive esophagitis,gastrointestinal reaction,bone marrow suppression,and hair loss had high incidence rate.Conclusion The nursing was mainly on psychology,diet,infection prevention,hydration,skin care.After nursing,the adverse reactions of 48 cases have been effectively controlled,which did not affect the progression of the treatment.
