摘要
目的探讨笑气吸入结肠镜检查护理的有效性、必要性。方法通过67例笑气吸入麻醉结肠镜检查患者检查中的表现,对成功率及不良反应进行总结。结果笑气吸入结肠镜检查可减少患者痛苦,3例患者出现烦躁,64例患者成功完成检查。结论检查前做好心理疏导,检查中配合好医生进行操作,密切关注病情变化,检查后做好观察及指导,对完成检查具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect and necessity of nitrous oxide in patients undergoing colonoscope examination.Methods The success ratio and adverse reactions of 67 patients were summarized.Results Analgesic effect of nitrous oxide was safe.Only 3 patients had fidgety,and others finished the examination successfully.Conclusion It′s very important to help patients learn the process before examination,and coordinate doctors during the examination should pay attention to the patients′ condition and give directions.
