护理干预影响老年高血压病患者血压控制的研究

Effects of Nursing Intervention on Aged People With Hypertension

目的探讨护理干预对老年高血压病患者血压的影响。方法选择住院的老年高血压病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各103例。对照组只接受普通门诊的随诊,试验组除坚持门诊的随诊外,还接受每月2~3次的护理干预。动态观察两组患者的血压情况,了解1年后2组患者对高血压防治的认知情况及血压控制水平。结果试验组患者对高血压防治相关知识知晓率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。试验组患者血压控制明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预能够帮助老年高血压病患者更好的控制血压。

Objective to explore the effect of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 206 aged inpatients with hypertension were sampled with stratified randomly sampling method and were randomly divided into the observation group（n=103） and control group（n=103） from June 2007 to December 2008.Patients of observation group were performed of two or three nursing intervention every month,but patients of control group were only performed of general outpatient follow-up.Dynamic observation of blood pressure and comparison were conducted on the awareness rate,blood pressure control after one year intervention.Results Compared with general outpatient follow-up,interventions showed higher awareness rate and better blood pressure control.The differences between the two groups were significant（p〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing interventions are effective way to control aged people with hypertension.
