颧骨颧弓成形术的手术配合与护理

The nursing and cooperation in operation of zygoma-plasty

目的探讨颧骨颧弓成形术的手术配合与护理。方法回顾性总结58例颧骨颧弓成形术的手术配合与护理。该手术采用经口内联合耳前小切口入路,用微动力器械装置,超声骨刀,特定的拉钩、裂钻、剥离器及光导内镜系统降低肥大的颧骨颧弓不协调因素,使面型更符合审美的需求。结果所有患者经颧骨颧弓成形术的改造整形后均获得满意效果,术后无1例发生感染并发症。结论充分的术前准备,严格的无菌技术,细致的心理护理和密切的围术期监护是手术护理的保证。

Objective To investigate the nursing and cooperation in operation of zygoma-plasty.Methods We retrospectively summarized the nursing and cooperation in operation of 58 cases who were operated the zygoma-plasty.This operation was applied with approach of small cut from mouth combined preauricula,using oligodynamic instrument equipment,transonogram osteotome,specifical retractor,fissure,detacher and light endoscope system to reduce incoordinate factor of the hypertrophic zygoma in order to fit the esthetic need of face.Results All patients who were operated the zygoma-plasty obtained satisfactory effect and no infection.Conclusion The sufficient preoperative preparation,strict aseptic technique,cautious psychic nursing and strict monitoring during operation are the successful guarantee of operation nursing.
