膀胱全切术后精神障碍的临床护理观察

Nursing observation of post-cystectomy psychonosema

目的探讨膀胱全切术后精神障碍的发生原因及护理措施。方法回顾性分析123例行膀胱癌患者的临床资料,评价全麻膀胱全切术后精神障碍的发生情况。结果 123例膀胱癌患者行全麻膀胱全切术后,12例发生精神障碍,发生率为9.8%,男性11例,女性1例;轻度症状患者8例,重度4例;术后第1天出现症状者1例,术后第3天8例,术后第5天3例。结论膀胱全切术后精神障碍患者以老年男性多见,多数发生在术后3~5 d,故有必要采取针对性护理措施以降低术后精神障碍发生率。

Objective To investigate the associated causes and nursing measures of post-cystectomy psychonosema.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical characteristics of 123 post-cystectomy patients was conducted.Occurrence rate of post-cystectomy psychonosema was observed.Results The occurrence rate of post-cystectomy psychonosema was 9.8%（12/123）,including 11 males and 1 female.There were 8 cases with mild symptoms and 4 cases with severe symptoms.One case displayed symptoms after 1 day,8 cases after 3 days and 3 cases after 5 days.Conclusion Post-cystectomy psychonosema was more common in elderly men.The majority occurred after 3~5 days.Therefore,it is necessary to take appropriate nursing measures to reduce the occurrence rate of post-cystectomy psychonosema.
