中药熏洗、中药离子导入加CPM综合治疗膝关节功能障碍24例疗效观察

Herbal fumigation iontophoresis CPM treatment with knee function obstacle of the curative effects

目的:观察中药熏洗、离子导入配合CPM治疗膝关节功能障碍的疗效。方法:将48例膝部骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例,治疗组以中药熏洗、离子导入配合CPM进行治疗,对照组用单独CPM进行治疗,以膝关节活动范围、疼痛程度及肿胀为指标进行临床观察,治疗1周后评价疗效。结果:膝关节活动范围、疼痛程度及肿胀情况两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中药熏洗、离子导入配合CPM治疗膝关节功能障碍,能促进局部血液循环,松解膝关节周围软组织粘连,改善膝关节功能活动。

Objective： to observe the herbal fumigation iontophoresis cooperate CPM treatment function obstacle knee.Methods： 48 cases knee fracture knee dysfunction of the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the treatment group with herbal fumigation iontophoresis with treatment group,with a CPM,treatment with separate knee pain,and the scope of activity index for clinical observation,swelling 1 week for a period.Results： the scope of activities to improve the knee pain and swelling,in contrast with the situation,significant difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： the herbal fumigation iontophoresis with knee function obstacle,CPM treatment to boost local blood circulation,the solution to improve adhesion,soft tissue around the knee joint function.
