摘要
目的:优选中药抗肿瘤胶囊的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以柚皮苷为指标对抗肿瘤胶囊的提取工艺进行优选。结果:抗肿瘤胶囊的最佳提取工艺为加水10倍量,提取2次,每次2h。结论:优选得到的提取工艺合理,操作可行,质量可控。
Objective：To optimize Kangzhongliu Capsule extraction process condition.Method：Take the naringin as the target,uses L9（34） the orthogonal test for optimizing the extraction condition of Kangzhongliu Capsule.Result：The optimized extraction technology for Kangzhongliu Capsule was shown to be using 10 times the volume of water,decocting for two times and 2 h each time.Conclusion：The optimized extraction is rational and efficient.
