新疆维吾尔族儿童肛门闭锁合并巨结肠症12例

摘要先天性肛门直肠畸形（anoreetal malformation，ARM）是小儿常见的消化道畸形，但同时合并巨结肠病（Hirschsprung Disease，HD）的报告很少。现回顾性分析1998年6月至2011年1月作者收治的12例维吾尔族患儿临床资料，现报告如下。
