摘要
目的探讨福辛普利对肾间质纤维化的影响。方法采用单侧输尿管结扎法(UUO)致肾间质纤维化的动物模型,以福辛普利为阳性对照,测血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平,免疫组化和原位杂交方法分别检测肾组织中α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1mRNA)的表达。结果福辛普利能降低血Scr、BUN、AngⅡ水平,抑制α-SMA、TGF-β1mRNA表达上调,减轻肾间质纤维化程度。结论福辛普利有早期防治肾间质纤维化作用。
【Objective】 To investigate tthe theraputic effects of fosinopril in ratswith Unilatreal Ureteral Obstruction.【Methods】 UUO rat model treated with Fosinopril as an active treatment with recognized renoprotective effect BUN,Ser and AngⅡwere measured.The expression ofα-SMA、TGF-β1mRNA in kidneys was analyzed by immunohistochemical method.TGF-β1mRNA was detected by in-situ hybridization method.【Results】 Fosinopril decreased the serum levels of BUN,Ser and AngⅡ,and inhibited the expressions of α-SMA、TGF-β1mRNA.The severity of renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis was attenuated.【Conclusion】 fosinopril showed protection against early development of renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis.
