摘要
目的评价多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术在肘关节先天变异中的诊断价值及优势。方法回顾性分析8例因肘关节外伤来就诊患者的影像资料,8例均为常规摄片后不能明确诊断,后采用螺旋CT进行容积扫描,并应用高级工作站进行表面遮盖成像(SSD)及多平面成像(MPR)等重组技术进行观察,同时由两位资深医师进行阅片。结果 8例共发现2种肘关节先天变异,1例为SSD显示肱骨髁上骨突;另1例为MPR显示冠状突尖部副小骨。其余6例中3例为肘关节隐匿性骨折;另3例为正常。结论螺旋CT后处理技术对肘关节先天变异的诊断价值及优势明显,避免了错误甚至有害治疗的发生。
【Objective】 evaluation of multi-slice CT(MSCT) in the elbow post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of congenital variations and advantages.【Methods】 A retrospective analysis of eight cases of elbow trauma to the patient's image data treatment,8 cases were not clear after conventional radiography diagnosis,after a 4-slice spiral CT scans for volume,and cover the surface application of advanced imaging workstations(SSD) and multi-planar imaging(MPR) and other recombinant techniques were observed,while two senior physicians from the film-reading.【Results】 8 patients were found in two kinds of elbow congenital variation,1 case of SSD display humerus bone protrusion;the other cases of MPR shows a small coronoid tip Vice bone.The remaining 6 cases 3 were occult elbow fracture;the other three cases were normal.【Conclusion】 spiral CT post-processing techniques elbow diagnosis of congenital variations and obvious advantages to avoid the occurrence of error or even harmful treatment.
