摘要
目的探讨环氧化酶-2(cox-2)、平足蛋白(podoplanin)在胸腺瘤组织中表达的生物学、临床意义及其相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP(streptavidin-perosidase)法,检测51例胸腺瘤患者中COX-2、podoplanin的表达。结果 51例胸腺瘤组织中,随着Masaoka分期进展,COX-2、podoplanin阳性表达率逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义,X2值分别为28.00和23.64,P值分别<0.05。COX-2和podoplanin的阳性表达率与胸腺瘤的Masaoka分期等参数有关;与胸腺瘤组织学分型有关,X2值分别为11.79和25.27,P值分别为0.007和0.021,P>0.05。A/AB型胸腺瘤COX-2阳性率与B1-3型胸腺瘤比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COX-2与podoplanin的表达呈正相关,r=0.569,P<0.01.认为COX-2和podoplanin的阳性表达与胸腺瘤是否合并重症肌无力(MG,Myasthenia Gravis)无关,X2值分别为0.370和0.004,P值分别>0.05。结论 COX-2及podoplanin的表达与胸腺瘤的发生及侵润性相关,可作为其判断临床生物学行为和恶性程度的重要生物学指标,为临床医生提供诊断和辅助治疗依据。
【Objective】 To investigate the biological 、clinincal significance and relationship between COX-2 and podoplanin expressions in thymoma.【Methods】 The expression of COX-2 and podoplanin were detected and compared by using immunohistochemical technique among 51 thymomas.【Results】 The expressions of COX-2 and podoplanin significancly increased along with the advance of thymoma Masaoka stage(X2 were 28.00 and 23.64,P0.05),and there is relevance with the thymoma histology(X2 were11.79 and 25.27,P0.05).The positive rate of COX-2 of type A/AB thymomas was significantly lower than that of type B1-3.There was a significance relationship between the expressions of COX-2 and podoplanin(P0.05).The expressions of COX-2 and podoplanin had a positive correlation(r=0.569,P 0.01).The expression of COX-2 of thymoma had no obvious correlation with MG(X2 were 0.370 and 0.004,P0.05).【Conclusion】 COX-2 and podoplanin expressions are positive correlation with advance of Masaoka stage.The increasing expressions of COX-2 and podoplanin can be a important biological parameters to maligiancy and biological behavior for thymoma,and can be provided the evidence for diagnosis and adjunctive therapy.
