摘要
听力理解在言语交际中起着重要的作用。在听力理解中,听者既要获取话语的字面含义,还要理解说话者的真实意图。从《新视野大学英语听说教程》教学材料与教学实践入手,通过结合语境,找出最佳关联,进行语用推理,试用关联理论来指导英语听力教学,进而帮助学生提高听力理解能力。
Listening comprehension plays an important role in verbal communication. In the process of listening comprehen- sion, listeners must both understand the literal meaning of utterance and grasp the speaker's real intention. This paper, focusing on the relevance theory as well as combining with the teaching material New Horizon College English Listening and Speaking and her teaching practice, attempts to guide the listening teaching to improve students' comprehension ability of by looking for the optimal relevance and making pragmatic inference in light of the context.
