珍珠养颜液对小鼠抗衰老及免疫调节的研究

Study on the effects of Pearl Yangyan Liquid on the anti-aging and immune function

目的:研究珍珠养颜液对小鼠抗衰老作用及免疫功能的影响。方法:分别以D-半乳糖制备衰老小鼠模型、环磷酰胺造成免疫低下小鼠模型,以血清SOD、肝脏及脑组织中MDA水平、小鼠的学习记忆能力、胸腺及脾脏系数和碳粒廓清指数作为观察指标评价珍珠养颜液的作用。结果:珍珠养颜液能显著提高衰老小鼠血清SOD水平、降低肝脏及脑组织的MDA水平、增加衰老小鼠的胸腺系数,同时可改善衰老小鼠的学习记忆能力。同时,其可使得免疫低下小鼠的胸腺及脾脏系数增高,并能增强小鼠碳粒廓清能力。结论:珍珠养颜液可能具有抗衰老的作用,并可改善实验动物的免疫功能。

Objective：To study the anti-aging and immunity regulation activities of Pear Yangyan Liquid on mice.Methods：Mouse aging model induced by D-galactose and immunodepression mouse model caused by cyclophosphamide were established to evaluate the above activities in the aspects of SOD concentration of serum,MDA concentration of liver and brain,study and memery abilty,carbon particular exudation index,and the index of thymus and spleen.Results：Pearl Yangyan Liquid could remarkably improve the SOD concentration of serum of the aging mice,decrease their MDA concentration in liver and brain tissues,increase the thymus index and improve the ability of learning and memory in aging mice.Meanwhile,it could enhance the viscera index of thymus and spleen,strengthen the ability of carbon clearance in immune inhibitory models.Conclusion：Pearl Yangyan Liquid may possess the anti-aging activity and adjust the immune function of experimental animals.
