不同牙根发育阶段与正畸治疗中牙根吸收关系的临床研究

Clinical study of relationship between different stages of root development and root resorption during orthodontic treatment

目的:分析牙根不同发育阶段与正畸治疗中产生的牙根吸收间的关系。方法:回顾性分析本院2008年4月～2010年4月收治的122例正畸治疗(直丝弓矫治技术矫治)完成的牙病患者,按照牙根发育程度将患者分为牙根发育完成组和牙根发育未完成组,测量两组患者正畸治疗前后牙根长度及牙根吸收等级,分析正畸治疗中患者牙根发育阶段与牙根吸收间的关系。结果:正畸治疗前后,牙根发育未完成组产生牙根吸收明显较牙根发育完全组患者少。结论:在牙齿正畸治疗中,牙根发育完成组较牙根发育未完成组产生牙根吸收的概率更大,吸收的程度更重,因此,在选择正畸治疗时,要适当考虑患者牙根发育状况,选择适当的时机进行正畸治疗,在矫治过程中尽可能采取适当措施防止牙根吸收的产生。

Objective：To analyze the roots of different developmental stages,generated during orthodontic treatment the relationship between root resorption.Methods：A retrospective analyzed of our hospital from April 2008 to April 2010 admitted to the 122 cases orthodontic treatment（straight wire appliance treatment） to complete the dental patients,in accordance with the degree of root development were divided into groups and completed root development incomplete root development group,two groups were measured before and after orthodontic treatment root length and root absorption level of orthodontic treatment in patients with stage of root development and the relationship between root resorption.Results：Before and after orthodontic treatment,root development group had not completed the root than the root development of root resorption was significantly less total group of patients.Conclusion：In orthodontic treatment,root development than the complete set of root development group have not completed a greater chance of root resorption,the degree of absorption is more important,therefore,the choice of orthodontic treatment,root development in patients with due consideration to the situation,select the appropriate timing of orthodontic treatment,in the treatment process as much as possible to take appropriate measures to prevent the production of root resorption.
