204例门诊放置宫内节育器禁忌证分析

The contraindications analysis of 204 cases to IUD insertion of outpatient

目的:分析本院近5年来放置宫内节育器(IUD)的各种禁忌证。方法:对本院2005年1月～2010年12月204例不能放置宫内节育器具有禁忌证者的一般资料进行回顾性分析。结果:放置IUD禁忌证中,生殖器疾病比例高达53.92%,月经不调比例为25.98%,在初次放置宫内节育器与再次选择放置者患有全身性疾病、月经不调、生殖器疾病、节育器过敏等禁忌证之间进行比较两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);初次放置者活动性肝炎、心脏病百分比较再次放置者高;再次放置者禁忌证生殖器炎症、畸形百分比高于初次放置者,肿瘤百分比低于初次放置者。结论:放置宫内节育器前需详细检查排除各类禁忌证,有禁忌证者宜采取其他避孕措施。

Objective：To analyze the various contraindications of intrauterine device（IUD） in the late five years in our hospital.Methods：Chose 204 cases of IUD insertion was not with contraindications from January 2005 to December 2010 for retrospective data analyzed.Results：The rate of genital disease in IUD insertion was as high as 53.92%,and irregular menstruation was 25.98%.There was no significant difference（P〉0.05） for systemic diseases,irregular menstruation,genital diseases,allergies IUD other contraindications IUD insertion and again in the first place to compare between the two cases.The rate of active hepatitis and heart disease for the first was higher than those placed over again;The percentage for those contraindications genital inflammation placed again was higher than the initial deformity were placed,and the percentage of tumors were lower than the first place.Conclusion：Detailed examination of the excluded types of contraindications is required before Intrauterine device,and contraindications are advised to take other contraceptive measures.
