摘要
目的:应用鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲,并观察其疗效。方法:对210例鼻中隔偏曲患者,采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔成形术进行治疗。结果:210例患者术后随访1年,治愈195例,占92.86%;显效15例,占7.14%;总有效率为100%。结论:鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲,能在最大限度的保护鼻黏膜同时,减少手术刺激,是符合微创理念的手术方法。
Objective：Application of nasal endoscopy angioplasty treatment septum septum partial song,and observe the curative effect.Methods：On 210 cases of patients treated with nasal septum partial song,nasal endoscopy angioplasty septum.Results：210 patients were followed up for one years,195 cases were cured,accounted for 92.86%;15 cases were markedly improved,accounted for 7.14%;The total effective rate of 100%.Conclusion：The ways to applicate the nasal endoscopic surgery for deviation of nasal septum can protecte the nasal mucosa in maximum with minimally invasive surgical stimulation,is the idea of minimal invasive surgery.
