壳聚糖基愈创非织布在leep术治疗宫颈病变中的疗效观察

Therapeutic efficacy of chitosan-based wound-healing fabric in treatment of cervical lesions with leep surgery

目的:总结壳聚糖基愈创非织布在leep术治疗宫颈病变的疗效。方法:在leep术治疗宫颈病变时术中采用壳聚糖基愈创非织布覆盖于创面的60例患者作为观察组,采用单纯leep术治疗宫颈病变的60例患者作为对照组。结果:观察组术中应用壳聚糖基愈创非织布治疗减少出血,减少并发症,一次性治愈率高达98.3%(59/60)。结论:壳聚糖基愈创非织布在leep术治疗宫颈病变中安全有效。

Objective：To summarize the therapeutic efficacy of chitosan-based wound-healing fabric in the treatment of cervical lesions with LEEP surgery.Methods：Chitosan-based wound-healing fabric was employed in the observation group 60 cases to cover the wound in LEEP surgery,while the control group 60 cases was given LEEP surgery without the fabric.Results：The intraoperative application of chitosan-based wound-healing fabric reduced bleeding and complications in the observation group.One-time cure rate of the group was 98.3%（59/60）.Conclusion：Chitosan-based non-woven employed in the treatment of cervical lesions with LEEP surgery is safe and effective.
