摘要
目的:采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定饮用水中的砷和硒。方法:用硝酸、高氯酸混合溶液消解水样,在5%盐酸介质中,加入硫脲-抗坏血酸混合试剂,以20g/L NaBH4溶液为还原剂,测定砷、硒荧光强度。结果:在最佳实验条件下,检出限砷为0.526μg/L,硒为0.452μg/L。回收率砷为94.8%~100.3%;硒为95.1%~99.0%。结论:此方法简便,快速,准确。
Objective:The hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was adopted for the determination of arsenica and selenium in drinking water.Methods:The water sample was treated by HNO3 and HClO4,in the medium of 5% HCl,to enter for Thiourea and L-Ascorbic acld,to determine the fluorescent light strength by the reducer of 20% NaBH4.Results:In the best conditions of the experimentation,the detection limit,arsenic was 0.526 μg/L and selenium was 0.452 μg/L.Recovery rate of the method was 94.8%~100.3% for arsenic and 95.1%~99.0% for Selenium.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast and accurate.
