摘要
目的:了解本院门诊处方用药的基本情况,为提高门诊处方质量提供参考。方法:随机抽取本院2010年度处方4020张,对处方用药情况和处方书写情况进行分析。结果:单张处方金额较高;处方书写不规范比例较高。结论:本院有必要提高处方质量,规范医疗行为。
Objective：To study the general information of the out patient department prescriptions in our hospital.Methods：Random selected 4 020 piece of out patient department prescriptions that prescriped in 2010 from our hospital.Analyzed of the drug use and writing in the prescriptions.Results：It was costly that the average amount of money in those prescriptions.The ratio of irregular prescripton was high.Conclusion：It is necessary that standardize the medical practices of doctors including the way they prescribe drugs in our hospital.
