摘要
采用原位聚合法合成了盐酸掺杂聚苯胺/凹凸棒石(polyaniline/attapulgite,PANI/ATP)纳米复合材料,研究了其对水中重金属离子Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附性能。考查了影响Cr(Ⅵ)、Cu(Ⅱ)吸附率的主要因素、热力学性能,以及2种离子的吸附等温线类型,通过解吸附探讨了复合材料对双离子的吸附机理。结果表明:复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能明显优于Cu(Ⅱ),对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附是PANI起主要作用的化学吸附,而对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附主要ATP起主要作用的离子交换和化学吸附。复合材料对2种离子的吸附机理不同,是导致2种离子的吸附率呈现不同趋势的主要原因。
A nanocomposite material of polyaniline/attapulgite doped by hydrochloric acid was prepared by in-situ polymerization. The adsorptive property for Cr(VI) and Cu(II ) in water was investigated. The main factors of impacting the adsorption rate, thermodynamic properties and adsorption isotherms of Cr(VI) and Cu(II) on the nanocomposite were analyzed. Moreover, the adsorption mechanism of the nanocomposite material on the dual ions was discussed via desorption. The results show that the adsorptive property on the composite materials on Cr(VI) is obviously better than that on Cu( II ), and the adsorption of Cr(VI) on the nanocomposite is mainly due to the chemisorption of PANI, however, the adsorption of Cu(II) on the nanocomposite mainly contributes to the ion exchange and chemisorption of ATP. The varying adsorption rates of Cr(VI) and Cu(II) depend on the different adsorption mechanisms on the nanocomposite material.
