浅谈如何做好“后进生”处分前后的思想工作

On How to Undertake Ideological Work before and after the Punishment of Students with Learning Difficulties

暴躁对抗型学生不能正确地对待处分,其实质是对其所犯错误根本没有一个深刻的认识。他们面对处分或拒绝上课,或离家出走,或辱骂老师、家长,或摔砸东西以求发泄。对于这类学生,我们教育切不可手软,如果不能镇住他们的刁泼,以后更难教育。当然,要注意防危措施,以防不测,不怕一万只怕万一,要做好最坏的打算。

Aggressive students cannot correctly face punishment,the essence of which is that they have no intensive understanding of their mistakes,so they to punishment by refusing to attend lessons,leaving home,cursing teachers and parents or smashing things.Teachers must not be mild for this kind of students,for it will be hard to educate them if teachers cannot wither them.In case of dangerous situation,teachers should make good preventions.
