社会主义核心价值体系指明了思想政治工作的方向。要学习、践行和建设社会主义核心价值体系,增强思想政治工作的吸引力,需做到以下四个方面:坚持马克思主义的指导地位,增强思想政治工作的导向性;树立中国特色社会主义的共同理想,增强思想政治工作的目标性;弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神,增强思想政治工作的艺术性;树立和践行社会主义荣辱观,增强思想政治工作的针对性。

Socialist core value system indicates the direction of ideological and political work.Learning,practice and building a socialist core value system in order to enhance the attractiveness of the ideological and political work to be done in the following four areas：upholding the guiding position of Marxism,ideological and political work-oriented;establish socialism with Chinese characteristics common vision,to enhance the goal of ideological and political work;promote patriotism and national spirit as the core of the reform and innovation as the core spirit of the times,enhance ideological and political work of art;establish and practice the socialist concept of honor,strengthen ideological and political work with certain targets.
