教师继续教育是建设师资队伍、发展教育事业的战略措施。高校法学教师必须不断塑造高尚的道德人格,提升自己的知识结构、教育理论知识和法律实践知识。这需要通过自我学习、校本培训、离职进修、社会实践、网络等途径提升高校法学教师的综合素质。

Continuing education of teacher is a strategic measure for building a faculty team and developing education cause.It is necessary for law teachers in university to mold their healthy moral personality,improve structure of knowledge and upgrade knowledge of educational theory and legal practice.All of these need to be accomplished by continuing education such as self-learning,school-based education,advanced study out university,social practice and internet study.
