摘要
随着时代的变迁,往日颇受争议的"80后"正活跃在历史的舞台上,成为高校辅导员的主干力量,面对个性鲜明的"90后"高职大学生,"80后"辅导员应利用自身优势,结合当前形势,做好"90后"大学生的思想政治教育工作。
With the change of the timesthe controversial ＂post-80s＂ is active on the history stage.They are becoming trunk strength of college counselors.Facing to a striking personality of the vocational students ＂post-90s＂,＂post-80s＂ counselor should take advantage of their own advantages.They should strengthen ideological and political education combining the current situation.
