摘要
随着现代造船技术的发展以及船东对船舶性能要求的不断提高,为更好满足船速需求,尽量减轻船舶自身重量成为船舶建造企业迫切需要解决的问题,因此薄板及高强度钢被广泛应用于钢质船的建造。本文以此为切入点,结合实际工作经验,就薄板及高强度钢的焊接技术及要领提出看法,对薄板焊接容易产生变形、高强度钢焊接容易产生裂纹等缺陷进行分析,并提出有效的防止措施。
With the development of modern shipbuilding technology and performance requirements of the owner of the ship continues to improve,to better meet the needs of boat speed to minimize the weight of the ship itself as a marine construction enterprises urgently need to address the problem,so thin and high strength steel is widely used in steel ship construction.This paper,as a starting point,combined with practical work experience to high-strength steel sheets and welding technology and essentials to comment,and prone to deformation of sheet metal welding,high strength steel welding defects such as cracks easily analyze and propose effective prevention measures.
