本文从中等专业学校机电专业钳工技能教学的角度阐述技能训练目标激励的研究,钳工技能训练过程中普遍存在训练目标模糊、训练课题设置时间随意性大,训练内容缺乏针对性,与目标联系不紧密的问题。因此提出目标训练法的建议,希望通过研究能够不断提高技能训练效果。
