Higher Mathematics Teaching According to Adult Learners Characteristics

成人教育与全日制的普通高等教育有着很大的区别。近年来,由于普通高等教育大量扩招,加之前些年成人高等教育已经为社会培养了大批人才,成人高等教育的生源质量有很大变化。录取分数线越来越低,生源质量也参差不齐,这给我们的教学也带来了很大的困难。因此,在高校的成人教学中,特别是数学课的教学中,一定要根据成人学员的特点、结合不同的专业,采用相应的教学手段灵活教学,培养学员的理解应用能力,提高教学效果。

There is a big difference between adult education and Full-time general higher education.In recent years,a large number of regular higher education enrollment,as well as adult education have trained a large number of people for the community the previous years,the quality of adult students in higher education have changed dramatically.Entry score getting lower and lower,the quality of students is uneven,which gives our teaching has also brought great difficulties.Therefore,adult education in colleges and universities,especially the teaching of mathematics must be based on the characteristics of adult learners,combined with different professions,using the appropriate teaching methods and flexible teaching to train students the understanding ability,as to improve teaching effectiveness.
