摘要
[目的]探讨叶面喷施KH2PO4对短毛金线草(Antenoron filiforme var.neofiliforme)开花的影响,寻求有利于其开花的最佳KH2PO4喷施浓度。[方法]以盆栽短毛金线草为试验材料,从现蕾起每隔5 d连续6次喷施不同浓度的KH2PO4对短毛金线草进行催花试验,观测短毛金线草的始花期以及开花延续时间、花序数量和花序长度等生物学性状。[结果]喷施3.00%KH2PO4对短毛金线草开花效果最好,花序数量最多,盛花期花序数量平均达到38.95枝/株;花序长度最长,达到39.25 mm;连续开花时间最长,达到114 d,比未喷施的对照延长了42 d。[结论]喷施3.00%KH2PO4对短毛金线草的开花具有明显的促进作用,为短毛金线草叶面喷施KH2PO4提供了理论和实践依据。
[Objective] To explore the effects of foliar spraying KH2PO4 on the flowering of Antenoron filiforme var.neofiliforme and search for the most suitable spraying concentration of KH2PO4.[Method] The potted Antenoron filiforme var.neofiliforme was sprayed with different concentrations of KH2PO4 for 6 times in succession every 5 days after budding,and then its flowering traits were observed.[Result] 3.00% KH2PO4 was the best for the flowering of Antenoron filiforme var.neofiliforme,with which the number of inflorescence was the most with an average of 38.95 per branch during the full-bloom stage,and the length of inflorescence was the largest of 39.25 mm;the flowering period was the longest of 114 d,42 days longer than that of the control.[Conclusion] Foliar spraying of 3.00% KH2PO4 could significantly promote the blooming of Antenoron filiforme var.neofiliforme,this test had offered both theoretical and practical basis for foliar spraying KH2PO4 of Antenoron filiforme var.neofiliforme.
