壮药北巴厘的性状和显微鉴别研究

Study on Characteristic and Microscopic Identification of Zhuang Materia Medica Sauropus bonii Beille

[目的]对壮药北巴厘(Sauropus bonii Beille)进行性状和显微鉴别研究。[方法]采用生药知识对壮药北巴厘进行性状和显微鉴别。[结果]北巴厘根、茎、小枝和叶组织含有大量草酸钙簇晶,茎、小枝、叶的维管束外围有中柱鞘纤维束间断环绕等特征。[结论]该研究可为壮药北巴厘质量标准的制定提供依据。

[Objective] The aim was to study characters of Sauropus bonii Beille and microscopic identification.[Method] Morphological and microscopic identification were used to identify S.bonii.[Result] Many calcium oxalate cluster crystals were found in cells of roots,stems,branchlets and leaves,vascular bundle were discontinuous surround with pericycle fiber bundles.[Conclusion] The study can provide basis for the identification of S.bonii.
