兰州市土地利用变化及驱动力分析

Analysis on Land Use Change and Driving Force in Lanzhou City

以兰州市1996～2005年统计年鉴资料为基础,从土地利用动态变化、土地利用程度变化2方面分析了土地利用变化情况,采用主成分分析法来确定影响兰州市土地利用变化的主要驱动因子。结果表明,1996～2005年兰州市建设用地面积增幅最大,减少的主要是未利用地和农用地;土地利用处于发展期,但土地利用类型总的变化速度不大;社会系统因素对兰州市的土地利用的影响的总趋势呈不断上升的趋势;人口增长、经济发展和产业结构变化、城镇化与生活水平的提高是其土地利用变化的主要社会驱动力。

Based on statistical yearbook data of Lanzhou City during 1996-2005,land use changing situation of Lanzhou City from two aspects were analyzed,and tried to ascertain the major driving factors that affect land use in Lanzhou City with principle component analysis.The results indicated that area of city land use for construction increased the most during 1996-2005,while the unused land and arable land decreased the most.Land use was in developing period during 1996-2005,but land use types changed little.The major driving factors that affect land use were population growth,economic development and industry structure changing,urbanization and advance in living standard.
