Application of Value Engineering in the Energy-saving Design of Residential Building

利用价值工程原理,构建出住宅节能设计评价模型,对山东聊城农村住宅的节能设计方案进行技术经济分析,筛选出最佳方案,并提出应因地制宜地采取节能措施,在满足居住生活功能的前提下尽量降低节能成本,以期为新农村住宅节能设计提供理论指导。

Using the principle of value engineering,the evaluation model of energy-saving design of residential building were built,energy-efficient design proposal of rural residential house in Liaocheng of Shandong were analyzed,and the best proposal were screened.Then,it puts forward that we should adopt energy-saving measures to suit local conditions,try one＇s best to reduce the cost under the premise of satisfying the function of residents＇ standard of living,and this would provide theoretical guidance for rural residential energy conservation.
