摘要 抗体是机体在抗原物质刺激下所形成的能与抗原特异性结合的一类血清活性成分,它可以识别和排除抗原性异物,对于维护体内的生理平衡和稳定起着至关重要的作用。随着免疫学技术研究的不断深入,杂交瘤单克隆抗体(mAb)技术于20世纪70年代问世,它的出现使人们大量生产特异性强、纯度高的抗体成为可能,
