基层医院大量输血协议对多发伤患者创伤诱导出血的影响 被引量：4

摘要 世界卫生组织估计，到2020年创伤将成为引起患者死亡的第二大原因［1］。在创伤患者中，早期死亡患者中绝大部分与创伤部位出血以及获得性凝血病即创伤诱导出血（trauma－induced coagulopathy，TIC）有关［2］。
