New area construction should highlight the characteristics of Luohe and rise city grade

漯河新区的规划和建设,关系着漯河经济社会的大发展,倾注了省委、省政府的心血和漯河250万人民的期望。本文从漯河新区的道路命名、沿街建筑物的造型与色彩、立体绿化和道路照明规划四个方面提出了见解,对漯河新区规划和建设提供了有一定价值的参考。

The project of new area planning and construction are closely related to economic and social development of luohe,which contains the much efforts devoted by the provincial party committee and provincial government and the expectations of the luohe 2.5 million people.This article presents some opinions from four aspects of Luohe new area,including road name,shape and color of the buildings along the street,three-dimensional greening and road lighting planning,and the proposed opinions have some reference value for the planning and construction of Luohe new area.
