摘要
目的:分析超声对于外周血管动静脉瘘的临床诊断价值。方法:对本院收治的11例经临床证实的外周血管动静脉瘘患者资料进行回顾性分析,总结全部患者二维超声、彩色多普勒超声以及频谱多普勒超声的图像特征,研究受累血管的形态、内径、血流方向与性质,并对瘘口处的血流情况给予详细分析。将超声诊断结果与临床证实结果进行相关性分析。结果:超声诊断结果与临床证实结果完全相同,r=1,诊断准确率为100%。结论:超声对于外周血管动静脉瘘的诊断具有较高的准确率与特异性,应作为此类疾病的首选检测方法。
Objective：Analyze the clinical value of peripheral vascular ultrasound diagnosis of arteriovenous fiStula.Methods：Did retrospective analysis to the data of 11 patients admitted to our hospital with clinically confirmed with peripheral arteriovenous fistula,summarized the image features of all patients concluded two-dimensional ultrasound,color Doppler and spectral Doppler ultrasound,studied the shape of affected blood vessels, internal diameter,flow direction and nature.and did detailed analysis for fistula blood flow condition,Didcorrelation analysis for the results of being confirmed by ultrasound diagnosis and clinical outcome,Results：Confirmed by ultrasound diagnosis and clinical results are identieal,r=1,the diagnostic accuracy is 100%.ConelusiomPeripheral vaseular ultrasound for the diagnosis of arteriovenous fistula is with high accuracy and specificity,should be used as detection method of choice for this disease.
