重症有机磷农药中毒治疗中解磷定与阿托品剂量相关性的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨重症有机磷农药中毒治疗中解磷定与阿托品的剂量相关性。方法:将79例重症有机磷中毒的患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组患者采用大剂量解磷定治疗,Ⅱ组患者采用一般剂量解磷定治疗,所有患者均维持阿托品化,比较两组患者的病死率,分析解磷定与阿托品的相关性。结果:Ⅰ组患者治愈率为92.68%;Ⅱ组患者治愈率为78.95%,Ⅰ组明显优于Ⅱ组,P<0.05。当解磷定的应用剂量越大,其阿托品的使用量则相应减少。结论:重症有机磷农药中毒治疗中解磷定与阿托品剂量呈负相关,临床使用时刻适当调整两者使用剂量。 Objective:Of the treatment of severe organophosPhorus pesticide poisoning pralidoxime and atropine in the dosedependent.Methods:The 79 patients With severe organophosphate poisoning Were randomly divided into 2 groups,I group of patients treated with large doses ofpralidoxime, II group of patients treated using the general dose of pralidoxime,atropine of all patients were maintained between the two groups of patients,The fatality rate of pralidoxime and atropine relevancc.Results:I group of patients the cure rate was 92.68%;II patients the cure rate was 78.95%,I was significantly better than the H group,P〈0.05.When the higher dose pralidoxime applicatious.the use of atropine is reduced aecordingly.Coneluaion:Treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the dose of pralidoxime and atropine,a negative correlation between clinical dosage adjustments moment.
