消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液在干眼治疗中的临床应用分析

Clinical Analysis of Raceanisodamine Eye Drops Effect on Dry Eye

目的:评价0.05%消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液对直于眼治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2009年5月～2010年1月共65例(130眼)于眼患者。使用0.05%消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液每天两次,连续8周。采用SPSS13.0统计软件对其使用前后不适症状(异物感、烧灼感、畏光、视久模糊、眼痛)及两项体征(角膜荧光素染色(FL)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT))的变化进行处理。统计第0、2、5、8周每只眼每次检查的综合计分。结果:第2、5、8周时FL及BUT与治疗前比,差值均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干眼患者的综合分平均值在第0、2、5及.8周逐渐递减,分别是:11.9、8.6、5.9、4.2。与用药前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:0.05%消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液对于眼的不适症状及相关体征具有良好的改善作用。

Objective：To evaluate the clincal efficacy of 0.05% raceanisodamine eye drops on dry eye symptome and clinical sign.methods ：from may 2009 to january 2010,65patients（130 eyes ）suffering from dry eye ware selected the0.05% raceanisodamine eye drops was given twice a day for 8 weeks as only treatment,the relative symptomes of dry eys ,including foreign body sensation ,buryning sensatin.photophobia,unstable vision,eye pain,and clinical signs of dry eys,including tear film brea-up time（BUT）and fluorescein staaning of the cornea（FL）,were recouded.The differences between before and after using drops were analyzed in stafisncal processing the main staistical indicator was the composite score ,which was the sun of the score of every symptom and singn multioplied by its weight supposed as one, the date records of dry eye patients symptome and signs were sorted out and counted in statistical processing at 0 week,2 weeks,5weeks,8week,the spss 13.0 soft wer used to anslyze the dateabese the pairede samples ,t test frequencies descirptive statistice were used for analysis,Results：there was statistical difference in average score of fluorescein stainning of the cornea and tear film break-up time at different period after using the Drops（all P〈0.05）,the aveage of the composite scores which was declinnig with time were 11.9,8.6,5.9,4.2at 0week ,2weeks,5weeks,8weeks,there was statisfical fifference inaverage composite score at different period after using the raceanisodamine eye drops（all P〈0.05）.conclusions：0.05% raceanisodaming ,eye drups.can reduce dry eys patients complaints and make the cllnical signs lower in level.
