生长抑素联合黄芪体外抑制SW480细胞的实验研究

Study on the Inhibitory Effects of Combination of Somatostatin and Astragalus Injection on Proliferation of Human Colorectal Cancer Cell Line SW480 in Vitro

目的:探索研究生长抑素联合黄芪对人结肠癌细胞株SW480的生长抑制作用。方法:实验设空白对照组、奥沙利铂对照组、生长抑素组、黄芪组、联合用药组,MTT法检测生长抑素联合黄芪对SW480细胞生长增殖的影响。结果:与空白对照组相比,生长抑素及黄芪对SW480细胞生长增殖均有明显的抑制作用,且在联合用药各组中,联合应用有增强作用,抑制率显著高于单纯用药组,与作用浓度呈正比(P=0.000<0.01)。结论:生长抑素、黄芪均能抑制SW480细胞生长,且两者联用的抑制率明显高于单用组,联用有增强抑制作用,抑制结肠癌细胞增殖。

Objective：It is to study the growth inhibition of somatostatin and astragalus inducing to the colon cancer SW480 cell line.Methods：This test includes the control group,the oxaliplatin control group,the somatostatin expermental group,the astragalus expermental group,combined treatment group.The ：influence ofsomatostatinaad astragahis on theogrowth proliferatiori of SW480 cell in vitro was detected with MTT method.Results：Compared with control group,the proliferation of SW480 cell lines in experimcmal gronp had been obviously inhibited.And in the combination group,combined application have a enhanced role, inhibition rate was significantly higher than the simple treatment group,which relation With the concentration was direct proportion positively （P=0 000〈0 01）.Conclusion ：Somatostatin and astragahis injection can inhibit the growthof SW480 Cell each together.And in the combination group,combined application have a enhanced role,inhibition rate was significantly higher than the simple treatment group.Both group caninhiblt colon cancer cell proliferation.
